Leadership

Lead Yourself Before Asking Others to Follow

Leadership is not authority over people. Leadership is responsibility for outcomes. A title can give someone authority — it cannot automatically give them trust, character, judgment, courage, vision, accountability, or the ability to develop others. Train Builders before bosses. GOVERN SELF → COMMUNICATE → DECIDE → SERVE → ORGANIZE → DEVELOP OTHERS → BUILD RESULTS.
